Judicial eyes ....

Yesterday I went to buy in some pregnant clothes, but soon found out that there is not so much to choose from in the mother department. So I went into the usual divisions for girls / women to see that if there was anything I could use.

I found some cool stuff, but was surprised by some of the looks people gave me when I browsed through the racks of clothes. I overheard some younger women whispering in a corner.
"Is she really wearing these clothes."

This surprised me.
Why do pregnant women just go in jeans and shirt? Why can not they be allowed to wear some modern clothes if it suits them?
